My wood eyeglass chains always do well. I love their earthy feel! This is my latest available at Etsy.
Garden Update
My lilies are showing!
See the bug on this one?
Well he is missing a hind leg, but that is not stopping him from living!
This little guy posed for a photo too!
I have glamorous dragonflies buzzing about but they did not want their photo taken.
The hydrangea are in bloom. I actually prefer them just before they are in full bloom with the bit of yellow in the center!

Healing Update
So much better! I have graduated from seeing the doctor weekly! Woohoo! There is now 2 weeks between my last appointment and the next. Hopefully that is it! Yes my pupil is still large but I have learned to accept that in case it is with me to stay. My 3 month post op will be in September and by then I should know exactly what my vision will be.
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you are having a wonderful summer. ~Val
Your flowers are so pretty and I love your wooden chain!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear your eyes are still doing well!
Wonderful flowers! I love hydrangeas. Have a lot of them in my garden and they bloom all summer long. Have yourself a wonderful summer too!
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear the healing update! Poor little guy I wonder what happened to his leg? Your blooming flower are pretty as always :)
ReplyDeleteHave a lovely week ahead!
My cat had one of those when she was a kitten too. Amused her for hours until she figured out that she could never get the ball out. Then she ignored it after that -- never played with it again. So smart!
ReplyDeleteI am so glad to hear that you are doing so much better, Val. And congratulations on no more weekly appointments!!! :-)
ReplyDeleteOur lilies are in bloom now too, but oh my, they took a beating last night. With no warning, we got 4.5 inches of rain in just about an hour. Flooding everywhere, but with the exception of our basement, we are okay. Never seen anything quite like it.
I love the color combination you chose for the eyeglass chain!
You take it easy, and have a wonderful day!
Lovely flowers!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a good week, dear Val!!!:)))

That's a gorgeous eyeglass chain (that you won't have to use for yourself - *smile*). Love the variety of wooden beads. And you've got a gorgeous array of flower blooms. One day I'd love to truly capture the beauty of the dragonfly, but those are some fast flitting creatures. Congrats on seeing the doc less. Woot Woot!!!
