I took these photos back in December after a little snow. One benefit to not cutting back plants in the Fall is that it makes for whimsical yard decor.
Happy Winter! I am really looking forward to Spring, flowers, etc. but until then will try to enjoy the few benefits of winter.
It had been a very easy winter up until this past week. Now winter is in full gear here! Thank you for stopping by! ~Val
I am looking forward to spring too (although the snow can look magical)! Nothing better than enjoying the sun reading a good book with a nice cold drink, and after dinner walks, and icecream...... We had snow last weekend, but it's almost gone now :-)
The first day of a snowfall is always so pretty! My plants are so confused right now because we've had such nice weather. My lilac bush is trying to sprout leaves. I told her she's going to be sad when it snows again...lol!
i liked these white beauty of your area ,hope weather gets better soon to walk outdoors . your photo on side bar is lovely you are very beautiful and smart lady! happy love day friend!
We got tones of snow this past week too! But, I think by this coming weekend, it's going to be all gone! LOL! I do hope Spring doesn't come early, sorry! I am enjoying the winter this year. We didn't have a winter last year! I love your photos! Big Hugs!
Val, these are beautiful! Everytime I look at the weather forecast I just shake my head. As you know I live in New Orleans and the two 'hemispheres' of the US have been totally opposite. I wish I could send you some of the heat we're having your way. Hope Spring comes soon for you. http://www.averysweetblog.com/
