Spring Has Sprung!

I feel like when tulips bloom it is officially Spring! These lovelies opened up this past week!

I planted geraniums in the urns by my front door. I love these flowers since they keep blooming from Spring all the way through Fall!!!

Some of my rhododendrons are blooming too!

This is what the shrub actually looks like....a bit sad. The winter was so brutal that I am lucky it even bounced back since it is still a baby. It will take some time to get back to the fullness is had last year!

This weather change gave me the urge to work with shells!

This necklace features a cool focal bead of resin with brown lip shell incorporated into it! Available at Miss Val's Creations.
Happy Spring! ~Val

  7. I am loving the flowers out too, My camilla's lost a lot of bloom due to the harsh winter rains this year on the coast. Much colder than normal. Love your pictures of your flowers and that shell number is right down my alley!!

  10. Beautiful necklace Val. I love geraniums as well, and that is why, they are great little blooming plants that keep going from spring through fall. I'm going tomorrow to pick up the geraniums I will plant on my back porch. Enjoy your blooms and spring.
