More Garden Updates and A Business Change

Hair Sticks
These wood hair sticks are 6 inches in length and have a hole at the top for embellishing! Available at Etsy.

Garden Update
So more flowers have bloomed!

Only 1 gladiola showed itself this year but she is a stunner!
I took some photos the morning after it rained.
Here is my pink winky! Some of the petals have started to turn a very pale pink. Eventually it will be all pink.
I LOVE my hibiscus!
Then there is this purple flower.
Here is my rose of sharon.
While I love the buds, being a neat freak I find its flowers to be messy looking!

Big change
It is official! My website is closed! This was so quick and easy. My URL now leads to my ebay shop

Since using Etsy I have become really busy and need to find ways to be more efficient with my time. When first using Etsy I was excited about Treasuries and was never able to keep up. Then I feel bad when others add my items to their Treasuries and I do not have time to show them off in other places! Now I hope to be able to do more of that fun stuff.

Those hair sticks above have shown up in multiple Treasuries. I guess the main photo is cool.

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you are having a wonderful week. ~Val

  3. I only have one glad so far this year also, Val. The leaves are up and beautiful on all of them, but so far only one put up a spike. Strange.

Your flowers are just beautiful, especially the pink hibiscus.

Wishing you a wonderful week ahead!

  13. Hi Val, your garden is looking so pretty. Enjoy your wonderful blooms. Congrats on your business change too, sometimes we really need to change with what works for us. I know you will continue to get really busy.

that is why I shut down my blog or at least I'm not posting anymore, time for a change, I'm going to concentrate on shows and markets here in Orlando as opposed to the internet. For me, I think this will work better. Glad ETSY and Ebay are going great for you....have a great weekend with Jim.

  17. Oh my goodness...I've missed a couple posts, so this is new news to me about closing. How do you like eBay? I've been thinking about selling there, but I haven't tried it yet.
